Born and raised in Venice, La, I enjoyed every inch of the land, waters, and wildlife here. At the age of ten I was drawing and painting the various wildlife found in Venice, while also becoming more interested in my great grandfather's craftsmanship. He was a master duck decoy carver and painter. He used some of the various and unique pieces of drift wood found on the bank of the Mississippi River. Taking everything that I have learned over the years I take my time hand picking drift wood and making it my goal to get that "lifelike" finish in every waterfowl mount.

After 15 years as a duck hunting guide, it is now my passion and privilege to bring your piece to life.
